HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973.12.11 PC Minutes MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS OF HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION DECEMBER 11, 1973 The meeting was called to order at 8:20 P.M. by Chairman Dan Spitzer. Members present were: Spitzer, Johnson and Paulson. Leroux arrived after the meeting was adjourned. Bill Schwab, Village Planning Consultant, was also present. Motion made by Paulson, seconded by Johnson, to approve minutes of November 28, 1973 meeting after the following addition: A letter submitted to the Planning Commission from the law offices of Okerman and Susee, representing three land owners in the Hugo area objecting to the 20 acres, made oar of the records. Motion carried unanimously OAK VISTA ESTATES Mr. Folz discussed proposed changes to the preliminary plan: • Instead of continuing Hadley Avenue through to County Road 10 they propose a temporary cul-de-sac.
