Gentlemen:
I am desirous of making an application for a Variance
on a preliminary plate of Husntk's Two lobes for Lots 9,10#
and 11 of the proposed plate . Said lots ao not meet the
Sub-division code in the matter of lot depth; as proposed
90 teeth, the lot depth requested.
All other provisions of the code are being instead
the sizes of the lots in the Variance requested are 130 X 90.
Lots to the North of this area are also of the same depth,
therefore this would addto the conformity of lot depth in
that area. Preliminary plans and maps are included.
