Minutes of the Hugo Planning Commission of October 17th 1972.
Chairman Graham Anderson called meeting to order at 9:00 P.M.
Roll call of *Moors; Anderson, Paulson, Leroux, Leave, and
Leroux. Mayor Carlson, Peltier, Bill schwab and Harvey and
Shirley Nelson were also present.
Paulson moved, Lets seconded that the minutes of September
19th, 1972 meeting be adopted as written. motion carried.
Fred Fulbright was to bring drawing of plat of land Lot 8
A & B, to Bill schwab.
Received letter from Art Bosse to terminate subdivision plat.
A bill for touring the village, from Morley Bus Uompany was
sent to Village Council.
some discussion was made on sanitary septic tank in meeting
standards within a three year period if the operation of the
sewer is running well or can be built up to par relating to
the ordinansra. This is to be further discussed by Bill Schwab.
On site sewer diposal ordinance states that at least once a
year or inspection of a tank must be done and pumped. This
is a statute but not enforceable.
on site disposal system copies should be placed in the mail and
discussed at next meeting.
The Planning Commission agreed upon to have the County issue a
license for a inspector. The fee• of $2.uu is required and the
name of inspector be submitted to the Village Hall so the village
knows what was done and for any complications.

A letter from Jerry Moe Realty was received concerning 96 acres
of land with plans of building homes consisting of 2i to 5 acres
apiece. Many questions were raised concerning outlets of adjacent
roads, what the future of the land is, how many building sites
there are and soil determination. The planning Commission
om mended o f puttingan allotment for a minimum of 5 acres
recommended
and cheering on these questions. Leroux motioned that r ann ng
Commission recommend that Bill Schwab, work with Jerry Moe Realty
in subdivision of land for minimum of 5 acres and suitable sewer
disposal. Motion carried.
A letter is to be sent personally by the council for replacement
of Mr. Ed Kunts of the Commission. The Council should be notified
concerning business that is discussed by commission and vice--
versa. une member should be present.
Moved and Seconded that meeting be adjourned at 10:55. Motion
Carried.
