•0 ',IMPS OF SPECIAL MEETING
PLANNING CISSION
NOV. 27, 1972
The meeting was called to order by acting chairman Dan Spitzer.
Members present - Lease, Kuntz, Spitzer, Paulson, and Leroux, the
council representative, who volunteered to clerk the meeting.
Purpose of the meeting - special use permit for Len Noack for an
auto reduction yard.
A meeting was held at Mr. Noacks of Bill Schwab and some members
of the commission on Nov. 24, and recommendations and revisions
of Nor. Schwab are part of these minutes.
The plans for the building are to be supplied by Mr. Noack to Tom
Cr ,ever, building inspector, who will refer them to Howard Kuuai sto,
village engineer, about specs of building as adequate for state in-
spection.
Moved by Paulson, seconded by Lease to have building comply with the
State code as a commercial building. Motion passed unanimously.
Moved by Lease, seconded by Paulson: the planning commission recom-
mends that Mr. Noack be issued an annual license for an auto reduc-
tion yard as per the 8 provisions of the letter from Mr. Schwab.
Motion passed unanimously.
It was moved and seconded to adjourn at 7:45 PM. Motion passed.
