ORDINANCE 1993-280
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
:
ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
.
The City Council fo the City of Hugo, Washington County , Minnesota,
hereby ordains:
The zoning classification of the real property described as
follows, to-wit: .

Lot 8 of County Auditor' s Plat No. 7, excepting thereform the W' ly 150'
thereof , and also excepting therefrom that part platted as KENNETH N.
GRANGER ADDITION, and That part of Lot 8 of County Auditor' s Plat No.7,
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the W' ly line of said
County Auditor' s Plat No. 7 (also the E' ly line of Forest Blvd No)
distrant 271 . 54' SW' ly of the NW corner of Lot 7 of said County Auditor' s
Plat No. 7; thence SE' ly a distance of 146. 57' to a point on the SW' ly
extension of the W' ly line of the recorded plat of KENNETH N. GRANGER
ADDITION distant 303.92' SW' ly of the NW corner of said Plat; thence SW' ly
parallel with the W' ly line of said County Auditor' s Plat No. 7 a distance
of 30' ; thence NW' ly parallel with aforedescribed SE ' ly line to the W' ly
line of said County Auditor' s Plat No. 7; thence NE' ly along the W' ly line
of said County Auditor' s Plat No. 7 to the point of beginning , excepting

shall be changed from its existing classification in Concentrated Business
(CB) to a classification in the Single Family Urban District (SFU) .
The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk
shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district
classification for the above described property , as set forth in this
ordinance.

EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance shall become effective from and
after its adoption and publication .
Upon roll call , the following Council members voting AYE: Barnes,
