AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CITY ORDINANCES NO. 110-16 through
110-31
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That City Ordinances Nos. 110-16 through 110-31 are hereby
REPEALED, as they have been preempted and replaced by Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 88 et seq.
Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, on November 1, 1993 .
