Home My WebLink About1998.11.05 Parks Minutes November 5, 1998 Minutes of the Hugo Parks and Recreation Commission Members absent - Deb Barnes. We were able to meet with two representatives of the Star Association Trail Club interested in snowmobile trails. They will get the last things needed together to have all of their trails approved. We would like to meet with neighboring communities regarding parks and trails. We will try to attend the information meeting on November 17th put on by the White Bear Recreation Department. We plan to meet again to work at the park on November 14th. We will meet again on December 8th to discuss budgets and projected goals. At our December 29th meeting we will have Dave Gunther from White Bear Lake Recreation Department attending our meeting to help coordinate efforts between Hugo and White Bear.
