Members present: Kathy Marier, Robyn LaCasse, David Strub.
Bob Museus gave us some cost estimates and lessons on strategy/management that
can help us in our decision making. Robyn LaCasse worked on a budget page and a
projects page for our record keeping.
We will meet again on December 29, 1998. David Gunther will meet with us regarding
White Bear Lake athletics. We need to decide on a strategy that will carry us into a
plan that we can try to follow regarding our projects/spending.
We will have a new member from the City Council join us in January. We will meet
again on January 12, 1999. We will try to complete our plan/budget for a February 9th
meeting with Bob Museus and present our plan of work to the City Council in March.
We will write a letter to Scott Kelling expressing our interest in upgrading the DNR
access at Oneka Lake and Greene Avenue.
All meeting will be at the Firstar Hugo Bank at 6:30 p.m.
