RESOLUTION NO.2026-23 <br /> CITY OF HUGO <br /> WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br /> PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED AS THE <br /> 2027 FABLE HILL STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve all or portions of Fable Hill Parkway and Fable Hill Way, <br /> and to potentially assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement, called the 2027 Fable Hill Street Improvement Project is <br /> authorized for study and that the engineer is instructed to report to the council with all <br /> convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br /> improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as <br /> proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement <br /> as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual <br /> assessments for affected parcels. <br /> This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo on the 3rd day of August <br /> 2026, by a vote of four Ayes and no Nays. <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br /> (seal) <br />
