WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AMENDED RESOLUTION
ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL OR PORTIONS OF ROADWAYS IDENTIFIED AS THE
2027 FABLE HILL STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to partially reconstruct Fable Hill Parkway from Europa Trail North to
Elmcrest Avenue and Fable Hill Way from Fable Hill Parkway to Fable Hill Parkway and to mill
and overlay Fable Hill Circle from Fable Hill Parkway to its termini, Fable Hill Road from Fable
Hill Parkway to Fable Road Court North, and Fable Hill Court North from Fable Road North to its
termini and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement, called the 2027 Fable Hill Street Improvement Project is
authorized for study and that the engineer is instructed to report to the council with all
convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate individual
assessments for affected parcels.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hu n the 17th day of August
2026, by a vote of five Ayes and no Nays.
