ORDINANCE 2010- 447
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING AND LAND USE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF 158x" STREET AND
WEST OF ONEKA PARKWAY
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from Future Urban Service (FUS) to Single Family Detached
Residential (R-3) and two existing outlots in Heritage Ponds from Planned Unit
Development (PUD) to Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and legally described
as follows:
THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST, WASHINGTON
COUNTY, MN.

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 21 st day of June 2010.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO

CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF 158TH
STREET AND WEST OF ONEKA PARKWAY
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code Chapter 90 of the City
Code of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing
the classification on the City of Hugo Zoning Map from Future Urban
Service (FUS) to Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and two ex-
isting outlots in Heritage Ponds from Planned Unit Development (PUD)
to Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) and legally described as
follows:

OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST,
