APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR CERTAIN LOTS IN DIAMOND
POINT EAST TO ALLOW DECKS TO ENCROACH 10 FEET INTO THE
REQUIRED SETBACK
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by E&G Development that requests approval
of a PUD Amendment for certain lots in Diamond Point East to allow decks to encroach
10 feet into the required setback.
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows:
Lots 1-17, Block 2 and Lots 1-11, Block 4, Diamond Point East
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered said request on June 13, 2013, and
recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the PUD
Amendment for E&G Development.
ADOPTED by the City Council on July 1, 2013.
