APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR XCEL ENERGY INC. FOR "ROY
MOLITOR 2nd ADDITION" LOCATED SOUTH OF 140" STREET AND WEST
OF FENWAY BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, Xcel Energy inc. has requested approval of a preliminary plat of property to
develop 1 lot and 1 outlot to be known as "Roy Molitor 2nd Addition" located south of
140`1' Street and west of Fenway Boulevard and is legally described as follows:
Outlot A, Roy Molitor Addition
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said preliminary plat and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
preliminary plat to Xcel Energy Inc. for "Roy Molitor 2nd Addition" subject to the
following conditions:
1. A preliminary plat is approved to allow the creation of 1 lot and 1 outlot, in
accordance with the plans received by the City on June 3, 2013 except as
amended by this resolution.
2. Development is subject to the BP district standards and setbacks. No variances
are granted or implied.
3. The development shall comply with the comments in the Engineer's memo dated
June 5, 2013.
