RESOLUTION NO. 2015-21
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT S TO THE
DESIGNATED MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM
WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets, it is necessary that the
City Council designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to create a Municipal State Aid Street
system (MSAS), and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has
approved the modifications to the City of Hugo MSAS.
I . That part of Homestead Avenue North from 132'd Street N. to 1371h Street N. (CSAR 8) shall be
added to the City of Hugo MSAS.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of Hugo this 20th day of April, 2015.
