APPROVING A USE AGREEMENT FOR CHRISTOPHER AND TORRIE
JOHNSON TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTIN OF A DRIVEWAY WITHIN
ROADWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENT OFN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
SOUTH OF 175TH STREET AND EAST OF GREYSTONE AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Christopher and Torrie Johnson, requested approval of an use agreement to
allow construction of a driveway within a roadway and utility easement on the property
located south of 175th Street and east of Greystone Avenue North, legally described as
follows;
(see attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement, with the following conditions:
1. The driveway shall be subject to all items listed in the use agreement
approved by the City.
2. Location of the driveway shall be reviewed and approved by the Public
Works Director, prior to installation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the use
agreement to Christopher and Torrie Johnson to allow construction of a driveway within
a road and utility easement on the property located south of 175t1 Street and east of
Greystone Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 20th day of April, 2015
