APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED SOUTH OF 130" STREET AND WEST OF GOODVIEW AVENUE
WHEREAS, TJ Land Trust Company has requested approval of a property line
adjustment for properties located south of 130`h Street and west of Goodview Avenue.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by TJ Land Trust for a property line adjustment.
