APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SECOND DWELLING
ON THE PROPERTY FOR LIVING QUARTERS FOR A FARMHAND ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5657170TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, Daniel and Elaine Ramberg and Bill Ramberg have requested approval of
an interim use permit a second dwelling on the property for living quarters for a
farmhand on the property legally described as follows:
The W %z of the SE '/ and the E'h of the SE % of Section 5, T31N, R21 W, Washington
County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Daniel and Elaine Ramberg and Bill Ramberg for a interim use permit to
allow for a second dwelling on the property for living quarters for a farmhand, subject to
the conditions included therein:
The applicant shall meet all conditions listed in the interim use permit.
2. The applicant shall apply for a building permit for the installation of the
trailer. The trailer shall meet all zoning and building code regulations.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit:
The design and placement of the septic system shall be approved by
Washington County.
