APPROVING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A SIX-FOOT HIGH PRIVACY FENCE
IN A FRONT YARD ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6010 146TH STREET
NORTH
WHEREAS, David Ettesvold has requested approval of a variance a six-foot high privacy
fence in a front yard, where four feet is allowed by ordinance, on the property located at
6010 146th Street North.
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Lot 26, Block 2, Rice Lake Meadows
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning and Adjustments has reviewed said variance at a duly
called a public hearing on July 25, 2013, and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
variance by David Ettesvold to allow a six-foot high privacy fence in a front yard, on the
property located at 6010 146th Street North.
1. The applicant shall comply with all other fence ordinance regulations.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of August, 2013.
