APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
KIEGER ENTERPRISES INC LOCATED AT 5885 165TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, Kieger Enterprises has an existing conditional use permit for an
environmental cleanup business, including vehicle repair facilities, cold storage, exterior
storage of vehicles and equipment, and company offices. The conditional use permit also
allows for a landscape supply and garden center on the property. The property is legally
described as:

WHEREAS, Kieger Enterprises shall meet all of the conditions listed in the conditional
use permit dated September 5, 2000.
WHEREAS, the conditional use permit is to be reviewed for renewal every four years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
renewal of the conditional use permit for Kieger Enterprises located at 5885 165th Street
North.
