AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE ENTIRE CITY PER
MINNESOTA STATE STATUTE 462.359 PROCEDURETO EFFECT PLAN:
OFFICIAL MAPS, SUBD. 2
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does herby adopt the official
zoning map for the entire City of Hugo.
Section 2. A printed copy of the official zoning map is available for inspection
by any person during regular office hours at the office of the city clerk.
Section 3. Severability. In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction
adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect
any other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with that
j udgment.
Section 4. Effective Date. This adoption shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
