AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED WEST OF EVERTON AVENUE
NORTH GENERALLY NORTH OF FRENCHMAN ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 8)
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map to R-5 (Residential Medium Density) with respect to the 25.28 -acre
property located north of the centerline for Rosemary Way and legally described as
follows:
Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 2 and Outlot B, Frenchman Place 1" Addition
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5`" day of May 2008.
