AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO AMENDING
CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY
CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 14029 FOREST BOULEVARD AND 5560 140TH
STREET
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the City of
Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Hugo Zoning
Map from Residential Service (RS) to Central Business (C-1), on property described as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 19th day of May, 2008.
