AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 221 (PARKS, RECREATION, AND OPEN
SPACE COMMISSION) TO ADJUST THE TERM EXPIRATION DATE TO
DECEMBER 31 OF EACH YEAR ASSIGNED
The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 221 of the City Code of the City of Hugo is hereby amended to
delete from Ordinance No. 2001-346, City Code Chapter 221, Section 5, Subd. B the following
language:
"...terms ending on March 31St of each year."
and replace it with the following:
"...terms ending on December 31" of each year."
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication according to law.
