AN AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF HIGHWAY 61 AND
NORTH OF 120TH STREET
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from Residential Service (RS) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)
with respect to the 13.14 -acre parcel to be known at Lot 1, Block 1, Oneka Square. The
property is the western portion of the property legally described as follows:
All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31,
Township 31, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota lying east of State Trunk
Highway 61 as described in Book 292 of Deeds, Page 513 of record in the office
of the Washington County Recorder.
Subject to 120th Street right-of-way
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
