ORDINANCE 2004-383
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
QUADRANT OF HIGHWAY 61 AND 125TH STREET
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from R-3 (Single Family Detached Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit
Development) with respect to the 12.3 -acre parcel, legally described as follows:
All that part of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 31,
Township 31 north, Range 21 west of the fourth principal meridian, lying
east of the east line of Lake Superior and Mississippi Railroad Company's,
a corporation, right-of-way as described in that certain Document of
Record dated February 12, 1874, recorded April 24, 1878 in the Book of
Deeds Number Three (3) at page one hundred and seventy-three (173) and
filed in the office of the County Recorder of Washington County in the
State of Minnesota.
Except that part taken for U.S. Highway No. 61.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5t' day of January 2004.
