AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF
THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF EVERTON AVENUE NORTH AND
FRENCHMAN ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 8)
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from C-2 (General Business) to PUD (Planned Unit Development)
with respect to the 23.64 -acre parcel, legally described as follows:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19,
Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota,
lying Southerly of the center line of Frenchman road North (a/k/a County
State Aid Highway No. 8).
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of May 2004.
