AN AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF ELMCREST AVENUE,
WEST OF ELMCRESTAVENUE AND NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 8
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the Cites. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from Future Urban Reserve to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with
respect to the 125.28 -acre parcel, legally described as follows:
The southwest quarter of the northwest quarter and the north half of the southwest
quarter, Section 18, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, located in Washington
County, Minnesota.
Together with
The southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 31 North,
Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3d day of May 2004.
