AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF
THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED EAST OF
EVERTON AVENUE, SOUTH OF "WATERS EDGE NORTH" AND NORTH OF
COUNTY ROAD 8
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from Future Urban Reserve to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with
respect to the 119.57 -acre parcel, legally described as follows:
The East 'h of the South '/2 of Section 18 and part of the North %2 of the Northeast
'/ of Section 19, T3IN, R21 W.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 17th day of May 2004.
