ORDINANCE 2004-392
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED WEST OF GOODVIEW
AVENUE, SOUTH OF 145TH AVENUE
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from Single Family Detached Residential (R-3) to PUD (Planned Unit
Development) with respect to the 19 -acre site, legally described as follows:
Government Lot 1, Section 29, Township 31 North, Range 21 West 100 feet and
except the south 600 feet thereof, according to the United States Government
Survey thereof, Washington County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 24`h day of May, 2004.
