AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF
THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF
122ND STREET AND WEST OF EVERTON AVENUE NORTH
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from R-1 (Large Lot Single Family Residential) to PUD (Planned
Unit Development) with respect to the 12.16 -acre parcel, legally described as follows:
Outlots C, H, I and J, Lake Estates, Washington County, Minnesota
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 21St of April 2003.
