AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF
THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE REGULATIONS TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN
LAND LOCATED WEST OF HIGHWAY 61 BETWEEN 140TH STREET AND
150TH STREET
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map from Central Business District to Future Central Business District
with respect to parcels identified on Exhibit A on file at Hugo City Hall.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 15th day of September 2003.
