AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE
REGULATIONS) OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 57 AND EAST OF JEFFREY AVENUE
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the City of Hugo,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Hugo Zoning Map
from Agricultural to Long Term Agricultural with respect to 80.0 acres located north of County
Road 57 and east of Jeffrey Avenue, legally described as follows:
The West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, Section 13, T31N-R21W, Washington County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on November 3, 2003.
