ORDINANCE NO. 2002 - 357
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 (COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE
REGULATIONS) OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED
SOUTH OF 140" STREET AND WEST OF FENWAY BOULEVARD
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 320 of the City Code of the City of Hugo,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Hugo Zoning Map
from Medium Density Mutli-Family Residential (R-5) to Office/Light Industrial (I-2) with
respect to 68.5 acres located south of 140`h Street and west of Fenway, legally described as
follows:
That part of the E '/z of the NE '/4, Section 30, T31 N -R21 W, which lies westerly of Fenway
Boulevard.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
