AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
The City Council of City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains:
The zoning classification of the real property described as follows, to wit:
(SEE ATTACHED)
shall be changed from its existing zoning classification in the Rural Residential District to
a classification in the Residential Service District. The official zoning map on file in the
office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning
district classification for the above-described property as set forth in this ordinance.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall become effective from and after its adoption
and publication.
Upon roll call, the following voting AYE: Barnes, Haas. Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman
Voting NAY: None
Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted this 6`" day of March, 2000.

That part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29,
Township 31, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, described as
follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South line of said
tract and the East right-of-way State Trunk Highway No. 61 as now
widened to 111 feet; thence Northerly along said highway
right-of-way line a distance of 399.23 feet to the actual point of
beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing Northerly
along said Highway right-of-way line a distance of 102.17 feet;
thence East parallel to the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 a distance of 136.56 feet; thence Easterly on a
straight line and its extension to a point distant 173.36 feet East
as measured along said parallel,line from the East right-of-way line
of State Trunk Highway No. 61 and 5.45 feet South from said parallel
line for a distance of 21.68 feet; thence South on a line drawn at
right angles to the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 for a distance of 96.74 feet; thence West parallel to
the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 a distance
of 178.93 feet to the actual point of beginning.
