APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A HOME OCCUPATION INTERIM USE
PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR A BUILDING ADDITION, ON PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 17627 HENNA AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Terry Luedeke has requested approval of an Interim Use Permit (IUP)
Amendment to allow a 1,344 square foot addition to the existing accessory building on
the property legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approvai, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Terry Luedeke for a Interim Use Permit (IUP) Amendment to allow a 1,344
square foot addition to the existing accessory building on the property, subject to the
conditions included therein:
The applicant shall meet all conditions listed in Resolution 2011-20.
The applicant shall meet all conditions listed in the interim use permit other
than amended with this approval.
3. The permit shall be approved for duration of 2 years.
