Resolution declaring unpaid Utility bill be placed on the tax rolls
BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That the attached utility bills are
declared unpaid and that said bills be placed on the tax rolls as liens against the
properties identified therein and collected pursuant to the procedures outlined in
the municipal code.
Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE.- Bronk, Haas, Klein, Petryk,
Weidt
Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 16th day of
December, 2013.
