Accessory buildings Read as (o) Any property zoned R-1, RR, AG, or FUS that is less than 3 acres in size shall be allowed two accessory buildings with a maximum combined size of 1,500 square feet, and shall not be subject to the requirements as stated in the table outlined in subsection (f). Sec. 90-205. Accessory retail and service uses. Read as Accessory, enclosed retail, rental, or service shall not constitute more than 25 percent of the gross floor area of the principal building. Sec. 90-224. Exterior storage. Delete (c) Exterior storage may be allowed as an accessory use in the restricted industrial district and general business district by conditional use permit. Sec. 90-229. Garages, commercial. Read as (b) Commercial garages used only for the temporary parking of automobiles and light trucks for people employed or conducting business in nearby buildings may be allowed as an accessory use in the general business zoning district. See. 90-232. Home occupations. Amend (e) (10) a. to add Future Urban Service to zoning districts in first sentence. Amend (k) & (m) to remove R-2 fi-om list of zoning districts Amend (o) to add FUS to list of zoning districts in both places within subsection. See. 90-235. Indoor riding arenas. Read as (b) Indoor riding arenas maybe allowed in the agricultural, rural residential, and future urban service zoning districts on parcels at least ten acres in size, subject to the following conditions: See. 90-241. Livestock and poultry. Add to (b) On parcels of land less than five acres in the agricultural, long-term agricultural, future urban service, and rural residential zoning districts, up to five chickens may be kept or maintained, all of which may not be roosters. See. 90-251. Multifamily residential developments. Delete (b) Multifamily residential buildings may be allowed as a principal use in the central residential zoning district by conditional use permit. See. 90-255. Plant nurseries, retail. Read as (e) Retail sales of materials brought in from off-site may be allowed. See. 90-256. Plant nurseries, wholesale. Read as (b) The import, storage, processing, and distribution of plant materials grown off site may be allowed. Sec. 90-261. Seasonal outdoor retail sales. Read as (b) Seasonal outdoor retail sales shall be allowed for a period of time not to exceed a combined total of 120 days in any 12 -month period. Outdoor retail sales shall not occupy an area exceeding ten percent of a lot's area, and shall meet all yard setback requirements.
