RESOLUTION 2015-26
APPROVING COUNTY PROJECT WITHIN MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LIMIITS
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. S.A.P. 082-607-015 and S.A.P. 082-608-011 showing
proposed alignment, profile grades and cross-sections for the proposed intersection improvements
along County State Aid Highway No. 7 fi-om 100 feet west of County State Aid Highway No. 8 to 500
feet east of County State Aid Highway No. 8, and on County State Aid Highway No. 8 from County
State Aid Highway No. 7 extending 670 feet north, located within the kraits of the City of Hugo has
been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved.
Passed and Adopted by the Council on this 1 st day of June, 2015.
