RESOLUTION 2015-27
FOR PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STATE AAID PROJECT NO 082-607-015
CSAH 7 FROM 100 FEET WEST OF CSAH 8 TO 500 FEET EAST OF CSAH 8
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has planned improvements for 122nd Street North (CSAH 7)
from 100 feet west of Jody Ave North (CSAH 8) to 500 feet east of Jody Ave North; and
WHEREAS, Washington County will be expending County State Aid Funds on the
improvements on CSAH 7; and
WHEREAS, these improvements do not provide adequate width for parking on both sides
of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain restrictions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Minnesota, hereby ban the parking of motor vehicles on 122nd Street North (CSAH 7) from 100
feet west of Jody Ave North (CSAH 8) to 500 feet east of Jody Ave North, at all times.
