RESOLUTION 2015-28
FOR PARKING RESTRICTION SON STATE AID PROJECT NO.082-608-011
CSAH 8 FROM 122ND STREET ORTH (csah7) TO 670 FEET NORTH OF 122ND
STREET NORTH (CSAH7)
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has planned improvements for Jody Ave North (CSAR 8)
from 122"d Street North (CSAR 7) to 670 feet north of 122nd Street North; and
WHEREAS, Washington County will be expending County State Aid Funds on the
improvements on CSAR 8; and
WHEREAS, these improvements do .not provide adequate width for parking on both sides
of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain restrictions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Hugo;
Minnesota, hereby ban the parking of motor vehicles on Jody Ave North (CSAR 8) from 122"d
Street North (CSAR 7) to 670 feet north of 122nd Street North, at all times.
Passed and Adopted by the Council on this 1st day of June, 2015.
