A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
APPROVING HTE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE CITY
OF HUGO
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo adopted its 2030 Comprehensive Plan in 2010, consistent
with the requirement in state law; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo as part of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan is required to
submit a Stormwater Management Plan to the Met Council; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Plan at a duly called Public Hearing
and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Hugo
Stormwater Management Plan.
FURTHER, approval of the plan is contingent upon, and subject to, the required review
and response by the local watershed districts; and
FURTHER, approval of the plan is contingent upon, and subject to, the required review
and response by the Metropolitan Council.
WHEREUPON, a vote being taken upon the motion, the following members voted in
favor: Haas, Klein, Petryk, Miron, and Weidt
The following voted against: None
