WHEREAS, Quent Marier has requested approval of a site plan to construct a building
addition on the property located at 13997 Forest Boulevard North legally described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and recommends
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan to Quentin Marier for a building addition on the property located at 13997 Forest
Boulevard subject to the following conditions:
I . All trash dumpsters shall be located in the back of the building.
2. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain sign
permits.
3. There shall be no exterior storage of materials or equipment on site. There
will be a small amount of temporary exterior storage of equipment
allowed on the southwest side of the building during business hours.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit:
4. The site plan shall be revised to correct the conflict with an existing
parking lot light pole and the building addition.
5. All utility connections shall be reviewed and approved by staff.
Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy:
6. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of
adjacent properties.
7. The wall mounted and pole mounted light fixtures shall be downcast cut-
off fixtures. All lights shall be reviewed and approve by staff prior to
installation.
8. The addition shall be painted to match the existing building. If the paint
does not match the existing building, the applicant shall repaint the entire
building.
