THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the 40.5 -acre
property legally described as follows:
See Attached
Section 2, Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of August 2015.
