MINUTES FOR THE BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING
THURSDAY,APRIL 16,2015
Acting Mayor Petryk called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas,Klein,Miron, Weidt
ABSENT: Petryk
ALSO PRESENT: City Assessor Dan Raboin,City Planner Rachel Juba,Community
Development Intern Rachel Leitz,City Clerk Michele Lindau
Property Owner Appeals
The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of
reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2016.
The Board discussed appeals from property owners of three separate parcels who appeared
before them and two property owners who appealed by letter. The Board also discussed 12
maintenance changes as prepared by the City Assessor that were prepared prior to this meeting.
Haas made motion, Miron seconded,to accept all 12 maintenance changes,as presented
individually by City Assessor Raboin.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Miron made motion, Klein seconded,to accept all other changes as discussed.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Adjournment
Haas made motion, Klein seconded,to adjourn at 7:05 p.m.
