STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear
As part of National Night Out,the Hugo Area Business Association held Community Night Out
from 5-8 p.m. at Lions Park. The Council attended the Community Night Out,and then rode
along with members of the Fire Department to visit various neighborhood Night Out events.
