MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 8, 2015 <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: Haas <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Assistant City Attorney Dave Snyder, City <br />Engineer Jay Kennedy, Finance Director Ron Otkin, Accounting Clerk Anna Wobse, <br />Community Development Assistant Rachel Leitz, and City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />Approval of the Minutes for the August 17. 2015 Citv Council Meeting <br />Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting on <br />August 17, 2015 as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of the Minutes for the August 20. 2015 HBA Networking Meeting <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for the Hugo Area Business <br />Association networking meeting on August 20, 2015 as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of the Minutes for the August 24. 2015 Midvear Budget Workshop <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the Midyear Budget Workshop <br />on August 24, 2015 as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of the Agenda <br />Weidt made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Recognition of Rick Gwvnn as Former Planning Commission Member <br />At its July 20, 2015 meeting, Council accepted the resignation Rick Gwynn from the Planning <br />Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals and Adjustments. Rick's involvement included <br />work on the Shooting Ordinance and the South Ethan Avenue Street Project. Mayor Weidt and <br />the Council presented Rick with a Certificate of Appreciation recognizing him for his six years <br />of volunteer contribution to the City of Hugo. <br />
