MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
March 31, 1986
The special meeting of the Hugo City Council was called to order at 7:00 PM.
PRESENT: Peltier, Potts, Schwab, Hauer, McAllister
Notice of this special meeting was mailed to all Hugo City Council members.
The meeting was called to discuss and review the revised LICENSE AGREEMENT
between the City of Hugo and Alex Zaluckyj and Tamara Zaluckyj, husband and
wife, 6991 Oneka Lake Blvd. North, Hugo, Minnesota.
Revisions were cited under RECITALS Numbers 3 and 4 on page 2 of the
agreement.
MOTION: Peltier made motion, second by Schwab, to authorize Mayor to
execute LICENSE AGREEMENT between Alex and Tamara Zaluckyj and the City
of Hugo as submitted.
All aye. Motion carried.
Question and answer period was held between persons in audience and
the city council.
MOTION: Motion by Potts, second by Peltier to authorize City Engineer
to advertise for sealed bids for this project to be opened on Monday,
May 19, 1986 at 7:30 PM at City Hall.
All aye. Motion carried.
MOTION: Motion by Peltier, second by Potts to adjourn at 7:48 PM.
