MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
BOARD OF CANVASS
November 5, 1986
Mayor McAllister convened the Board of Canvass, an additional regular meeting
of the Hugo City Council, at 5:00 PM.
PRESENT: Hauer, Peltier, Schwab, McAllister
ABSENT: Potts
The purpose of this meeting is to canvass the November 4, 1986, election returns.
MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to accept the returns of the
City Election of November 4, 1986, as certified by the election judges
and the City Clerk.
All aye. Motion Carried.
MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, that George Atkinson is duly elected
Mayor for a two year term commencing 1/1/87.
All aye. Motion Carried.
MOTION: Hauer made motion, Schwab seconded, that Deane Vail is duly elected Coun-
cilman Ward 1, as a write-in candidate, for a four year term commencing
1/1/87.
All aye. Motion Carried.
MOTION: Schwab made motion, Peltier seconded, that Bob Olson is duly elected
Councilman Ward 3 for a four year term commencing 1/1/87.
All aye. Motion Carried.
MOTION: McAllister made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn at 5:04 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
