MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
October 10, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Mayor McAllister at 7:00 PM.
PRESENT: Hauer, Peltier, Potts, Schwab, McAllister
This special meeting was authorized by the Mayor and all notification requirements
under Chapter 10 of the Hugo City Code have been met.
The purpose of the meeting is to review the plan to rezone property along Ramsey
County Road 81 and 120 Street (County Road J), which forms the comwn borders
of the City of Hugo and White Bear Township. The Council reviewed the public
hearing notice received from White Bear Township along with White Bear Township's
Comprehensive Plan (1981-9).
MOTION: Hauer made motion, Peltier seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1985-21, A
RESOLUTION ADDRESSING A REZONING OF PROPERTY IN WHITE BEAR TOWNSHIP
OR THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHWAY 61 AND COUNTY ROAD J (120 STREET
NORTH).
All aye. Motion Carried.
Jim Hauer and Arthur Potts will hand deliver the motion to the White Bear Town
Board.
MOTION: Potts made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn at 7:48 PM.
