MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
March 5, 1984
Mayor McAllister called the meeting to order at 6:15 PM.
PRESENT: Peltier, Schwab, Vail, McAllister
ABSENT: Atkinson
Purpose of the meeting was to review the 1983 audit report submitted by
Anfinson, Hendrickson and Company, and any other appropriate business.
Mr. Ken Malloy represented the firm, and went over balance sheets, and
bond accounts included in audit.
Management letter was discussed, as well as the accounting system that
was in operation and the new system that the auditor has set up for the
bookkeeper. The auditor will be looking at city books in April for
review of 1st quarter, 1984, to see if transactions are being taken
care of properly.
MOTION: Vail made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn at 7:02 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
